SPEECH DAY - PARTE 1
Spaider S.r.l - AR BOARD - Mon5 - NCM.AI – MonetaVision - Fastsafecheck Srl – Logosforge
Hosted by: Luca Calligaris and Giovanni Turri

AI in everyday business life: operational agents for productivity and know-how preservation. Pixel Office: how to transform Artificial Intelligence into an everyday tool, preserving corporate memory.
Today the real obstacle for companies is not access to Artificial Intelligence, but understanding how to integrate it into daily activities in a concretely productive way. To address this need, Spaider presents Pixel Office: an environment where every employee has AI agents by their side, designed to support them in their day-to-day tasks. Equipped with powerful automation tools, these agents operate as true 'companions': they autonomously generate drafts of commercial offers, automate customer search pipelines and accelerate routine processes.
The engine driving these intelligences is MemBrAIn, the corporate memory. The agents do not merely draw on this wealth of information, but continuously feed it through their daily work. In this way, the know-how vital to the company is retained and crystallised internally, preventing knowledge from being lost when employees change roles or leave the company. All within a secure infrastructure, on-premise or on a dedicated server, from which data never leaves. Andrea Semenzato, AI Integration Strategist (MSc in Physics) - Spaider S.r.l

ARBoard: PCB rework and repair the smart way with AI
ARBoard transforms PCB rework and repair into a single digital, intelligent workflow. From a single interactive interface, aligned with the physical board, you can navigate the circuit, identify components, pins and interconnections, explore internal layers and the 3D model, and collaborate in real time with remote colleagues. The integrated AI assistant, both voice and text-based, has complete technical knowledge of the board — from components to interconnections through to the repair history — and can answer technical questions, guide the operator through diagnostics, automatically generate schematics and directly execute actions on the system. Everything runs 100% locally, AI included, and no data ever leaves the corporate network. From diagnostics to repair, all in a single workflow. Francesco Anzoino, Software Engineer & Front-end Developer -AR BOARD

OT Cybersecurity: from visibility to NIS2 compliance

In 2025 Italy recorded 507 serious cyber attacks, 42% more than the previous year, and 16% of global attacks on manufacturing targeted Italian companies (Clusit). In the first half of 2026 growth continued, while asset inventory and vulnerability analysis remain the weak points of industrial plants. With NIS2, these issues become an obligation for company management. The presentation introduces MON5's approach, which starts from mapping OT assets, correlates them with known vulnerabilities and moves on to passive traffic monitoring, without production downtime. The platform flags potential attacks and misconfigurations, enabling rapid intervention on the corporate perimeter. Gabriele Garavini, Co-founder and Head of Sales MON5

From digital fragmentation to the integrated factory
Industrial digitalisation has introduced increasingly specialised solutions into factories. But, alongside the benefits, it has often generated new complexities: systems to integrate, duplicated data, information to reconcile and processes that are difficult to govern in a unified way. SkyMes was created to overcome this fragmentation: a single platform brings together planning, production, logistics, quality, maintenance, energy, Business Intelligence, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Vision and safety, connecting processes, data and decisions within the same digital ecosystem. A single database, a shared operational logic and a complete view of the factory make it possible to simplify management, reduce integrations, accelerate decisions, increase flexibility and contain costs. Because the factory is a holistic system: now the software that governs it can be too.
Gerardo Fabrizio, Business Development Manager, Ncm Srl

Out of the loop: AI learns the machine's grammar, it doesn't command the axes
Generative AI is stochastic and high-latency: incompatible with motion, safety and machine cycles. The recurring mistake is trying to make it fast enough. The problem is not hardware, it is architecture: intelligence must stay outside the control loop.
Andrea Ferri Moneta, Founder & CEO (Moneta S.r.l.) | Fractional Chief AI Officer (YOURdigital) - Moneta S.r.l. / YOURdigital - MonetaVision

Voice, photos and AI: a new way of managing workplace safety
Workplace safety software is generally slow, cumbersome and manual. FastSafeCheck turns this approach on its head: thanks to advanced artificial intelligence that leverages images and voice commands, the software reduces document drafting times by 60%.
The presentation also explores LiveTraducto Pro, the solution for documenting and certifying corporate training and instruction while also breaking down any language barriers.
A brief pitch to experience first-hand the future of corporate safety. Marco Brino, LiveTraducto Pro, Administrator and co-founder - Fastsafecheck Srl

Adding value to technical knowledge in the age of artificial intelligence with Catenary
In industry, automation no longer concerns only machines and production processes. It also concerns the ability to make accessible and usable one of the company's most important assets: the technical knowledge embedded in manuals, procedures, specifications, standards and project documentation.
Applying artificial intelligence to this content poses very different challenges compared to the everyday use of common generative tools: accuracy of responses, understanding of documentation and company context, reliability of sources and management of large documentary assets.
