Artificial intelligence is changing not only the tools available to businesses, but also the way innovation initiatives are designed, managed and governed.
How does Project Management change when AI enters business processes? How do you manage a project characterised by data, experimentation, not always predictable results and different skills to coordinate? And, at the same time, in which activities can AI already become a concrete support tool for the Project Manager?
The introduction and use of AI in companies is one of the most debated initiatives. How can a project of this kind be managed effectively?
The meeting will start from real situations and problems to address topics such as objectives, timelines, risks, governance, responsibilities and measurement of results, with an approach oriented towards the concrete management of projects.
