Workshop - The heart of the Digital Thread: connecting design, production and data through AI and PLM

For manufacturing SMEs in North-East Italy, reducing errors and accelerating time-to-market means connecting design, industrialization and production in a single data flow. In this workshop, Deda, CADiTech and PTC explore the role of CAD and PLM in adopting artificial intelligence throughout the product lifecycle. PLM, the heart of the Digital Thread, provides the context and relationships needed for data to support processes and decisions. Through demonstrations and application examples, we will explore how AI capabilities can support existing activities, from problem report management to natural language access to technical information, through to knowledge management and offer engineering. A short and practical meeting to understand the evolving opportunities and then explore further at our stand B05 how to connect them to business processes and systems.
