Workshop - Visionar, automation and test benches: from concept to machine.

The growing need to ensure quality, reliability and performance of industrial products today requires increasingly advanced, automated, flexible and repeatable testing systems. In this context, Visionar develops test benches and custom machinery by integrating mechanical design, automation and control systems. The presentation will introduce the evolution of the company and its approach to the development of complete solutions, from concept to finished machine. Through concrete application cases, some of the main solutions developed in the sectors of ventilation, electric motors and power transmission will be illustrated. Characteristic parameters and quantities of the various applications will be explored in depth, such as flow rate, head, pressure, efficiency, torque, rotational speed, power and vibrations, showing how their acquisition and management through automated systems makes it possible to characterise and validate product performance. The integration of PLCs, sensors, supervision software and data acquisition systems enables the development of reliable and repeatable solutions, in support of research and development, quality control and industrial validation activities.
